Furniture, objects and artworks were commissioned locally, giving the hotel a strong sense of place. Raw concrete, warm timber and handcrafted materials soften the building’s minimalist architecture, creating an atmosphere that feels both contemporary and tactile.

But creativity at KLoé goes beyond decoration.

The hotel regularly hosts pop-ups, exhibitions and small markets, turning its communal spaces into meeting points for Kuala Lumpur’s creative community. Seasonal design markets and curated events bring together local brands, independent designers and emerging labels — giving guests a chance to discover a more insider side of the city.

While the hotel’s standard rooms are calm and minimalist, the most distinctive stays are KLoé’s five “Artist Lofts.”
